FINDINGS AND ORDER
BE IT REMEMBERED THAT ON September 22, 2026, the City of Live Oak's Dangerous Structures Determination Board ("the Board") conducted a public hearing regarding the structures located at 12702 Toepperwein Road, Suite 101, Live Oak, Texas. Legal Description of Property: Being a portion of Lot 2, Block 1, Live Oak Estates Commercial Subdivision, Live Oak, Texas
After considering the evidence presented, the Board finds that the outdoor deck is a dangerous structure based on the standards set forth in the City of Live Oak Code of Ordinances, Chapter 5, Article IX. Section 181- Dangerous Buildings And Distressed Properties as follows:
1. The structure is in a state of dilapidation, deterioration and decay;
2. The structure is manifestly unsafe for the purpose for which it is intended for being used;
3. The structure is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisance known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT THE OWNER, MORTGAGEE OR LIENHOLDER SHALL:
1. PROVIDE A DETAILED REPAIR OR DEMOLITION SCHEDULE FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY CITY STAFF WITHIN 30 FROM THE DATE OF THIS ORDER;1. COMPLETE REPAIRS OR DEMOLISH/REMOVE THE STRUCUTRE NOT LATER THAN 90 CALENDAR DAYS FROM 9/22/2026.

Do you suspect an infant, child, or adolescent of having a developmental delay or disability? There is a way to make a difference for these children and adolescents. The individual may be eligible for services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) if identified with one or more disabilities according to federal and state criteria.
If a student is experiencing learning difficulties, his or her parent may contact the individual(s) listed below to learn about the school's overall general education referral or screening system for support services. This system links students to a variety of support options, including making a referral for a special education evaluation or for a Section 504 evaluation to determine if the student needs specific aids, accommodations, or services. A parent may request an evaluation for special education or Section 504 services at any time.
If a parent makes a written request for an initial evaluation for special education services to the director of special education services or an administrative employee of the school district or open-enrollment charter school, the district or charter school must respond no later than 15 school days after receiving the request. A request for a special education evaluation may be made verbally. A verbal request does not require the district or charter school to respond within the 15-school-day timeline.

Section 504 Referrals:
Each school district or charter school must have standards and procedures in place for the evaluation and placement of students in the district's or charter school's Section 504 program. Districts and charter schools must also implement a system of procedural safeguards that includes notice, an opportunity for a parent or guardian to examine relevant records, an impartial hearing with an opportunity for participation by the parent or guardian and representation by counsel, and a review procedure.
