Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk Responsive Education Solutions, a Texas open-enrollment charter school, is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services on a project in Laredo, Texas involving construction of approximately 5,946 sq. ft., consisting of classrooms, storage space, a secured Vestibule, Administration offices, demising wall and bathroom expansion within an existing shelled building at 4140 US Highway 83, Laredo, TX 78043. Responsive Education Solutions intends to evaluate the pool of eligible, responsive bidders and select a Construction Manager-At-Risk in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code.
