Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment on October 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM in the City Hall located at 1102 Lohmans Crossing Road, City of Lakeway, Texas, at which time all persons wishing to do so will be allowed to speak for or against the following:
A request from Apex Custom Pools, on behalf of Heather and Jason Sheldon, the owners of 600 Bonfisk Bend, for a variance of the Lakeway Code of Ordinances pertaining to a rear setback encroachment.
