CITY OF LIVE OAK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Live Oak's Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Council Council Chambers, 8001 Shin Oak Drive, Live Oak, Texas 78233 to receive public comments and testimony, and discuss and consider the following item:
Conduct a public hearing, and discuss and consider a Variance request (Case #ZC-2026-002) on Lot 7, Block 73, Woodcrest, Unit 3 (8012 Forest Bridge). This request is for a variance to Chapter 24-Zoning, Article III, Section 24-22(d)1(a), to consider a five-foot encroachment into the 25 foot front yard setback.
