12. 13642 N US 183 Highway SVRD SB, as more fully described in the Panning Dept. file no., C14-2008-0224(RCT). Note: Amendment or Termination Requested: The applicant is requesting the termination of the public restrictive covenant recorded under Document No. 2010045795 that imposes restrictions on the property that limit the operational hours to between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and requires the installation of landscaped vegetative buffers along interior property lines adjacent to residential development.
