Please take notice that the City Council for the Village of The Hills will conduct a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 102 Trophy Drive, Village of The Hills, Texas concerning a proposed amendment to § 9.04.205 "Permissible and Conditional Uses in Zoning Districts" of the City's Zoning Ordinance regarding accessory dwelling units and a proposed amendment to§ 9.04.404 "Approval of Zoning Verification Certificate Applications."
At the time of the hearing, the City Council will: (a) convene acting as a planning and zoning commission under Local Government Code Section 211.007 to conduct a hearing on a preliminary report concerning proposed amendments, receive public input, and adopt a final report and recommendation: and (b) convene as the governing body to conduct a public hearing as required by Local Gov't Code Section 211.006(a) and consider adoption of amendments to the comprehensive zoning ordinance.
Persons interested and/or affected by this action may attend and address the City Council during the hearing.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Bee Cave will hold public hearings to consider an ordinance amending the Thoroughfare Plan included in Section 3.2 of the "Our Bee Cave 2037 Comprehensive Plan". The proposed amendments include new roadway segments, intersection improvements, and other mobility enhancements.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
Date and Time of Hearings for the Above Referenced Matters:
The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and will consider a recommendation to the City Council.
