The City of San Antonio Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to begin at 2:00 PM, on 06/24/2026 at the Cliff Morton Business and Development Services Center, 1901 South Alamo, for the purpose of considering a replat request within your subdivision and/or changes in amendments to the City's Master Plan.
25-11800421 - Rosillo Creek IOS; Public hearing and final consideration of a replat of Lot 3, 4 & 5 BLK 1 NCB 17993 of the Rosillo Creek Commercial Unit 1. The site is located southwest of the intersection of IH-10 and N Foster Rd.
25-11800347 – Thornwood Drive Subdivision: Public hearing and final consideration of the replat of the remaining portion of Lot 177, C.B. 5570 out of the Crestwood Acres Subdivision. The site is located northwest of the intersection of Woodfin Drive and Thornwood Drive.
24-11800441 – DPEG Zarzamora Subdivision: Public hearing and final consideration of the replat of Lot 23 NCB 11139 and a drainage easement out of the Chavaneaux Spread Subdivision; Lots 1-22 NCB 11139 out of the Lakeside Terrace Subdivision. 24-11800219– Jungman Tract Unit 11: Public hearing and final consideration of the replat of a portion of a 14' Gas, Electric, Telephone, and Cabel Television easement of the Jungman Tract Unit-1 Plat. The site is located southeast of the intersection of United States Highway 90 and State Highway 211.
25-11800463– Las Flores Subdivision: Public hearing and final consideration of the replat of Lot 22 Block 1 of the Van Delden Subdivision Plat. The site is located southeast of the intersection of Whitby Road and Rochelle Road.
ADDR-SNC-26-12700002: A request to rename Cesar E Chavez Boulevard to Durango Boulevard between SW 36th Street and South Hackberry Street.
