General Notice
The City of Selma (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Wiederstein Road Sidewalk and Mill & Overlay
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received ONLINE ONLY at civcastusa.com only, until Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at Selma City Hall located at 9375 Corporate Drive, Selma, Texas 78154.
The Project includes the following Work: Mill and overlay of Wiederstein Road, installation of a sidewalk and curb, and miscellaneous drainage improvements including adjacent streets.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: Wiederstein Road Sidewalk and Mill & Overlay
The Project has an expected duration of: Base Bid – 180 days

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Bexar County is giving only as much title as it has. Whatever charges there are against the property continue on past the sale and must be taken care of by the purchaser. All prospective purchasers are put on notice that the property may be subject to mortgages, liens, or other encumbrance. It is the responsibility of all prospective purchaser to determine the existence of any legal impediments to title on the above-described property. The highest bidder must immediately on the first TUESDAY of JULY tender the cash amount of the high bid to myself as agent of trustee for Bexar County.
