This is an interpleader action regarding excess proceeds from a foreclosure sale of real property located at 1815 Indian Paint Brush Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78232.
The foreclosure sale occurred on June 3, 2025, and resulted in excess proceeds in the amount of $49,484.02.
Plaintiff, Jason West, Trustee, does not claim any interest in the funds and seeks to deposit the funds into the registry of the Court for distribution to any parties entitled to them.
Defendants, including Rudy Davila and Yua Lee Davila a/k/a Yua Lee, and any unknown claimants, may have or claim an interest in the excess proceeds.
This citation shall be served by the sheriff or any constable of any county of the State of Texas or by the clerk of the court in which the case is pending, by having the same published ONCE each week for FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVEWEEKS, the first publication to be at least 28 days before the return of the citation.
