Independently negotiate & review complex loan agreements & associated transaction docs, incl evaluating credit, collateral, & funding terms to identify & mitigate fin’l & operational risk. Support trading desk by independently conducting & evaluating platform diligence of prospective & existing lenders, incl underwriting standards, operational guidelines, staffing models, tech systs, info. security controls, & regulatory compliance frameworks. Req’s: Bach deg (or equiv) in Bus. Admin, Fin’ce, Econ., or rel. field.
