Define & mng data product roadmaps & reqs usg Agile & SAFe methodologies; proficient in tools such as Azure DevOps for backlog mgmt & delivry trackg. Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in Industrial Engg, Systms Engg, or Comp Sci & 3 yrs of exp in data-focused roles w/in the consumer-packaged goods retail industry OR Master's deg (US or For Equiv) in Bus Admin or Comp Sci & 1 yr of exp in data-focused roles w/in the consumer-packaged goods retail industry. Must have 3 yrs of exp (or 1 w/ master’s) w/: Defing & mng data product reqs & roadmap using Agile & SAFe methodologies; proficient in Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.; & Effective communicator w/ exp presenting complex data solutions to executive stakehlders. Must have 2 yrs of exp (or 1 w/ master’s) w/: Translating bus problems into tech reqs; Deliverg enterprise-scale data, analytics, & AI solutns in the CPG & retail sectors; Familiar w/ data platforms & tools such as Azure, Databricks, SAP, Salesforce, etc.; & Leadg big data solutns/advancd analytics or prodct mgmt. Must have 1 yr of exp w/: Leading global cross-functional data teams to deliver data & analytics solutns aligned w/ bus needs; SQL, Python, Power BI, & Tableau for data anlysis, visualizatn, & insight generatn; & Strong understandg of data mgmt, governance, & modelg principles to ensure end-to-end data optimizatn & delivry. *Telecommuting permittd 20%: wrk may be performd w/in normal commuting distance from the PepsiCo office in Plano, TX. *Dom & internat'l travel reqd 20% to US, Mexico, Spain, & India.
