Execute snack food customer briefs & comm’l tech validation for implementation for region. Req’mts: Bachelor's or foreign equiv in Food Sci, or rel. field, & 10 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or in rel. occupation: creating consumer preferred seasonings for snack foods; anticipating, investigating, & resolving problems rel. to raw materials & flavor systs during manufacturing scale-up procedures. 2 yrs of exp must incl: training seasoning flavorists to dvlp consumer preferred seasonings incl training to identify potential functionality & shelf-life issues w/ seasonings. Employer will accept 2 yrs of rel. work exp in lieu of Bachelor's req’mt. 20% trvl req’d nationally & internationally for plant trials &/or Culinary explorations.
