Place and Time of Sale: The Board of Directors of Noble Ridge Municipal Utility District of Grayson County (the "District") will receive and publicly read bids for the purchase of the $3,185,000 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2026 (the "Bonds") at the designated meeting place inside the boundaries of the District, at 1213 James Street, Howe, Texas 75459 at 12:00 P.M., Central Time, Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
Address of Bids: Bids for the Bonds may be delivered to the District electronically, by telephone or delivered directly to the District in a sealed envelope, addressed to the "President and Board of Directors of Noble Ridge Municipal Utility District of Grayson County," and delivered to the District's Financial Advisor, Cedar Creek Municipal Advisors, LLC, 4801 Woodway Drive, Suite 118-E, Houston, Texas 77056 or via email at txspecialdistrictbidforms@cedarcreekma.com, prior to 9:30 A.M., Central Time on the date of the bid opening. Any bid received after 9:30 A.M., Central Time, Tuesday, October 6, 2026, will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. All bidders must submit a signed "Official Bid Form" and a Bank Cashier's Check in the amount of $63,700 payable to the order of the District as a good faith deposit.
